Chief Operation Officer, Crumdale Partners’ Pharmacy Division (Transformation Rx)

Jason Lohman has recently joined Crumdale Partners as the Chief Operating Officer of Crumdale Partners’ Pharmacy Division (Transformation Rx).  His primary responsibilities are product development, external vendor management, account management and growth.  Jason has 20 years of experience across the healthcare and insurances industries helping his employers and customers assess critical needs. He has developed products and strategies that lower cost, increase customer satisfaction, increase profitability, and grow market share.

Jason recently spend 6 years at Quantuvis in various leadership roles from VP of Product Development & Account Management, to EVP of Product Strategy to Chief Business Development Officer.  Hired as employee #1 to bring founder’s vision to market, Quantuvis created the industry’s first 2-way SaaS network connecting 120+ million payer lives with 200+ pharmaceutical manufactures to conduct strategic negotiations and administration of drug prices helping to provide broader access to more affordably priced life improving medications.

Prior to joining Quantuvis, Jason gained 9 years of healthcare and managed markets experience at Express Scripts/Medco Health Solutions, where he was most recently Senior Director of Health Plan Client Pricing and Account Management. In this role, he had full internal profit and loss underwriting responsibility for 29 clients worth $30 billion in revenue. He was responsible for client retention, pharmacy benefit consultation, and upsell of value-add services to large national payer accounts. His clients included managed care, Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, specialty, pharmacy benefit managers, mail order, formulary only, employers, unions, workers’ compensation and government plans.

Before joining Medco Health Solutions, Jason worked in the Life and Disability Underwriting department of Prudential, where he priced group insurance for prospective large national accounts, while managing 47 accounts worth $17 million in annual premiums.

Jason earned his bachelor of science degree in business administration from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania.
